The Arts District now features meterless on-street parking! The City of Los Angeles’ LA Express Park program is conducting a pilot in a portion of this area to promote contactless parking payments. Drivers can easily pay for parking through cell phone apps available on this page or at any pay station marked on the map.

The Los Angeles Arts District has become a popular destination over the last few years. This means it also has experienced a significant increase in parking demand. To help patrons better access local businesses, LADOT is introducing metered parking in select areas. This includes new parking time limits, demarcated (or designated) spaces, and new Pay Stations with mobile payment options.
